Socially Savvy and Self-Controlled

Basic social skills such as turn taking, listening, and knowing how to stay calm are crucial to a child’s academic success according to research from Vanderbilt University.
Join us this summer for an exciting and FUN 4-week class aimed at teaching basic social skills and self-regulation strategies. Taught by a master’s degree counselor with 30 years of experience and modeled after the research based MINDUP* curriculum, this group is perfect for children with ADHD and anxiety.
The class is a total of 4 weeks and meets 1 hour, 2x a week. Small group setting with low teacher to student ratio.
Grades: Entering 4th grade-entering 6th grade
Days: Monday & Wednesday 1:00-2:00 pm
Starts: Monday, July 8th
Ends: Wednesday, July 31st
Cost: $178 for entire 8 sessions
